Through innovative site planning and close design collaboration, T|G took a cost effective and environmentally sustainable approach to repositioning a dated, under-performing suburban office building. The result is a contemporary, visually dynamic work environment that distinctively integrates structure and landscape with its angular geometric forms, both landscaped with native grasses and clad with granite slabs. The seamless integration also includes new basement level landscaped courtyards within the building footprint.
